The Croisdale Group, Inc. was built on a foundation of practical construction experience and has evolved into a specialized construction consulting and forensic practice serving attorneys, insurers, property owners, contractors and other professionals involved in complex construction matters. That perspective is grounded in decades of military Civil Engineering, concrete and foundation construction, general contracting, earthquake repair, real estate development, ongoing commercial construction advisory work and expert witness assignments.

Christopher A. Croisdale began his construction career while serving in the United States Air Force, entering military service in 1982 and beginning Civil Engineering operations in 1983. His work specialized in pavement maintenance, foundations and structural concrete, and heavy equipment operations.

In 1988, Mr. Croisdale obtained his California Concrete Contractor license and began operating his construction business, later establishing The Croisdale Group, Inc. Early work focused on foundations, pavements, patios, retaining walls and specialized foundation repairs on hillside and expansive-soil conditions.

In 1990, Mr. Croisdale obtained his California General Contractor license, expanding his work into residential remodeling, room additions and the construction of new homes.

Following the 1994 Northridge earthquake, Mr. Croisdale repaired homes with a wide variety of damage. These projects required coordination with structural engineers and included detailed site investigations of both defects and damages, distinguishing causes and developing practical repair solutions.

By approximately 1999, his experience expanded into real estate development, beginning with a 25-home subdivision in the San Fernando Valley, followed by a 64,000 SF commercial building on 12 acres, multiple office buildings, and a 15-story high-rise office building in Reno, Nevada.

Mr. Croisdale serves as the principal construction consultant to a multi-faceted international company with over 1,000 restaurant locations, providing independent review and guidance on structural damage, significant maintenance and repair issues, construction-related concerns, and property damage involving vehicle impacts, water losses, fires and other insurance-related claims.
